At first I did not receive my order at all and could not communicate with the company. However, after escalating the issue with Paypal and giving a 1 star on Trust Pilot the company contacted me to tell me that the product had been returned to them. They re-sent the shoes and to my surprise they arrived within 10 days and are actually pretty nice. Hence I have changed my review and increased the star rating to 4 stars.

When I saw these reviews I had already ordered (and received) several items and was very surprise to see so many negative ones.
The first time I ordered anything from them was back in November on Black Friday. I order a pair of sneakers. In the website they clearly state that you should order one size up. I am a size 37 so I ordered a size 38 and they were a perfect fit. The package also came in 2 days (to Portugal) even amidst the Black Friday shopping craze. I have been using the sneakers constantly since then, even in rain, and they show very little wear.
I decided to buy another pair in another colour and actually ended up buying 2 because of the buy one get one free sale going on. Once again, 2 days later, the sneakers showed up.
Again, very surprised to see so many negative reviews because I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I ordered a $90 polarized pair, which wasn't polarized. I double-checked with them, they said it was polarized. Took to Optometrist to check, not polarized. Sent it back to Spain (paid $30 shipping) in Dec. Still no refund, they are 'reviewing my case'. So in total I spent $120 and don't have anything to show for it.

Absolutely useless customer service! They delete bad comments on their social media accounts and can't sort anything at all. They keep sending not relevant e-mails to my issue in Spanish language! And ask to fill silly forms which result in nothing!
The only thing I want is to get a return label and send their stuff back, how it can take weeks for them to arrange?!
Avoid buying from this company!

I have ordered a pair of boots and after 3 weeks it didnt deliver, At that time I started to read trustpilot reviews and found out its not only my problem, many people said after few months they haven't received their order or refunds. I kept emailing them since there is no contact number for customer service, and every time I got replied that “we are investigating your order”.
I insisted to get refund and after dozen emails I could get my money back.

I ordered Nordic boots to Croatia. They came in less than 2 weeks and I’m so amazed by them. The softest, warmest, most comfortable boots I ever had. I had no problems with ordering, paying or delivery. Love it!

I would recommend them because they are so warm and the price is ok, also the shipping was fast!

Great quality product, packaged and presented beautifully. Easy tracking of parcel. Ordered to UK ad easily tracked it all the way to delivery. Love the trainers! Would definitely recommend!

I ordered a wrong size, I sent it back, it cost me plus cost, but hopefully I get the shoe's price back, but with this I'm in minus.
